Welcome to Discover Your Deepest Yes! I'm excited for our time together.

 

 

 

Here are a few things you will need in preparation for our retreat:

  1. A quiet, private environment. I will guide you through some inner processes that require you to be in a place that is quiet and private.

  2. Distraction-free. To get the most out of our time together you need to be free of other distractions, notifications or commitments.

  3. Plan to be on camera if possible. I know you may be tempted to hide in the background, but creating a life you love requires you to be more visible - for you.

  4. A journal or paper & pen. You will be capturing information that you will want to review later. I've also included journal questions to reflect on prior to our retreat - see below.

  5. Water. Just a good reminder! But seriously, going within can be thirsty work.

  6. Please be on time to each session, in respect of yourself and others.

You can click the button above to join the zoom session. Doors open 10 minutes early so you can test your connection and get settled before we begin.

12 pm PT | 1pm MT | 2pm CT | 3pm ET | 8pm GMT |7am AEDT

For our Australian friends we start at 7am AEDT (January 28th)

  • What might you do to sabotage yourself in getting what you want out of this retreat?

  • What will you have to give up in order to get the most out of this experience?

  • What will be available to you - in all aspects of your life - if you fulfill your intention for this retreat? How will you feel? How will you benefit? How will others around you benefit?

  • What could you do to make sure you make the most of this retreat?
