Hello I am a retired Physical Therapist, former modern dancer, and newly widowed. My amazing two adult children are indepentent. I spent the last four years accompanying my husband through his cancer illness, death and my grief. So I feel quite distanced from who I am and certainly what is my Deepest Yes.

I see the past few years not only as sadness and loss but that the experience has brought me to a place of spiritual and emotional growth that I find essential now.

I am grateful for this opportunity

to learn and grow and find and trust that deep yes!! And to do that with guidance and some obviously amazing explorers!
